Caleb Rankin // Honours Student 2021
My name is Caleb Rankin and I am an illustrator and my work this year is much more of me refining my illustration style and showing what kinds of art I want to create. I mainly illustrate things that I find fun and enjoyable and often combine humour into my work to create some unique and different types of work. Character design has always been something I am interested in and I fee this year using character design as a main topic with my dissertation and being able to look more into it I have been able to use character design in most of my projects this year including my main project that has allowed me to create unique character designs and illustrations for my space project. I wish to continue this kind of work on after university and continue creating unique illustrations that have humorous tones and are mainly fun for both me to create and for people the view.
